rek'-lis beer fans - it's time to start training for the 1st Annual rek'-lis beer mile! And by training, we mean chugging. What's a beer mile you ask? It's simple ... run a quarter mile, chug a beer, run another quarter mile, chug a beer, etc until you've run a mile! The catch? Is not to puke but don't worry if you do because there will be a prize for that too. There will also be prizes for best costume, top 3 finishers and the rek'-lis puker. The Grand Prize ... the lucky drinker gets to name the beer mile beer. 

What kind of beer will you be chugging? A nice frothy stout - no just kidding. We will be brewing up a special rek'-lis miler beer for the event. Nice, refreshing and chug worthy. 

Where will the event be held? At the original rek'-lis brewery. Don't worry - you'll be saddled up at the new location soon enough. 

The course? We will be mapping that out this week. Stay tuned! 

So how do you register for this epic event? It's easy. 
- Registration will be held on Sept. 2nd at rek'-lis (opens at 1pm) 
- Cost: $35
- Cap: 35 beer drinkers max.
