For the third experience in the Rek'-Lis spirits world, we will have a Spirit and Cheese Pairing. Nigel Manley, a Whiskey enthusiast has conducted several whiskey and cheese pairings using some local cheeses and wonderful spirits to make an evening good for all.

"Whiskies pair with many foods and we will explore those in future experiences but cheese is a great way to start," said Nigel. "Particularly using local cheeses just adds to local flavor of the event and that is what Rek'-Lis is all about."
